    Abstract
Human actions influence the health of the planet. It is important for people to understand environmental issues and the effects they can have. One avenue of reaching people is through pK-12 education. Teacher educators in Wisconsin are mandated to prepare pre-service teachers to educate their students about the environment. How does this translate to the classroom? A study of Wisconsin teacher education inclusion of environmental education found that there is no follow-up with graduates. This study will survey and interview teacher graduates of Wisconsin universities.
