    Abstract
    Employee growth and development are key elements to a successful workforce in any organization. Training programs are designed and delivered with the goal of improving employees existing skill set through new techniques and concepts and/or introducing a new skill or concept that employees can utilize that will enhance their performance in the workplace. This study is a review of the evaluation of employee performance in those that engaged in a specific training program from three manufacturing companies who participated in the Fast Forward grant program and can be utilized to determine the value of a training program delivered to employees.
