    Abstract
The intent of this paper is to present information that will provide understanding about and treatment for families in which incest occurs. To meet this goal, characterisitics of the family in which incest occurs will be presented. Then, a critical analysis of three family systems-based treatment interventions will be presented to crystallize the limitations of family systems orientation. Finally, a comprehensive multiple systems-based treatment program will be presented.
