    Abstract
The purpose of this cross-sectional quantitative survey study was to learn Wisconsin school librarians’ perceptions of inclusive children’s literature and determine the presence of any value conflict. I used exploratory data analysis to visualize the results. A major conclusion was that district/school policies were overall aligned with Wisconsin school librarians’ professional book selection philosophies. A value conflict was found between some respondents’ philosophies and the requirements placed upon them. Given the changing sociopolitical climate, further research in this area is encouraged.
