This live interactive teleconference on environmental education was organized as part of a cultural exchange between the University of Wisconsin System and the Russian Academy of Education. Perry Cook and Henry St Maurice at UW-Stevens Point, along with Wallace Sherlock at UW-Whitewater, convened two panels of prospective educators who spoke live with a similar panel at the Moscow Teacher Training Institute. They discussed what they were learning about water resources and how they planned to teach them in secondary schools.
