    Abstract
    Progress was ade during this quarter on (1) collection and culturing of test organisms, (2) development of an invertebrate and fish bioassay facility for sediments, (3) preparation for sediment mutagenicity assays (Ames Tests), (4) analysis of benthic macrofaunal community samples from the Fox River and Green Bay sediments, (5) methods development for analysis of organic pollutants in animal tissues from bioassay organisms and organisms collected in situ in the Fox River, and (6) a preliminary 10-day beaker sediment bioassay. These areas will be briefly summarized.
