dc.description.abstract | What she wants and when she wants it is the name of the game when it comes to manufacturing of any goods/products. Having the right product at the right time and with all the right options to meet her needs. This is a must have in any great manufacturing company if they want to keep growing and doing more business. Company XYZ (this is not the real name of the company) did not have this in one of its new production lines. The research that was done showed the areas that needed to be done to improve the line to meet the customers expectation. Moreover, it showed the company where it could increase its output and reduce the companies overhead (OH) cost. | en_US |
