Purification of Copper-Free Methanobactin-SB2 to Analyze its Shape-Shifting Behavior

Abstract

We are interested in isolating the copper-free forms of methanobactin, which presents a challenge, since they are much more unstable and difficult to characterize than the copper bound forms that we and others have worked with so far.
