Needed Skills for Human Resource Professionals: A Pilot Study

Abstract

This pilot study identifies the skills needed by human resource/industrial relations (HR/IR) practitioners and contrasts them with the emphasis currently placed on developing these skills in a single master's degree industrial relations program.
