    Abstract
    The purpose of this study was to analyze and draw conclusions regarding the changes in teaching styles of a selected sample of teachers trained in the Gl asser t?1odel Reality Therapy through the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. The objective of the research was to provide information on how Reality Therapy training affects teachers. It was expected that through this study more insight would be obtained in determining the value of Reality Therapy training for teachers in the classroom setting.
