    Abstract
    The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether a selected set of factors influence customer satisfaction in residence halls at the University of Wisconsin - Stout, with a view to understand the nature and extent of such influence. The objectives of this study were to determine: 1. If there is a relationship between customer satisfaction and hospitality services provided in residence halls. 2. If there is a relationship between customer satisfaction and activities organized by Hall Government. 3. If there is a relationship between customer satisfaction, and interaction with professional and student staff in residence halls.
