The Impact of Temporal Diversity upon Team Process & Team Effectiveness: a Cross-cultural Perspective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide the opportunity to extend a current study we conducted into a cross-cultural study using data collected from teams in the US, the Netherlands, Germany and Portugal. We are testing whether or not the conceptual model for the US study holds in different cultures.
