Subsurface Imaging of South Brighton Spit, Christchurch, New Zealand part II: Coastal Processes and Data Interpretation.
Abstract
Ground penetrating radar (GPR) surveys were collected along the width of South Brighton Spit at its most southernly extent. The processed GPR data provides a subsurface image of the coastal sedimentary deposits that can be correlated to the layering of the spit.
