Abstract

In the Fall 2004 issue of Monitoring Wisconsin, the Institute for Survey and Policy Research (ISPR) of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) presents work-in-progress by a faculty member of the Department of Economics. The article is a summary of ongoing research being conducted by Scott Adams, of UW-Milwaukee, and David Neumark of the Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC).
