CSUMC Photo Gallery

 

CSUMC is the steward of more than 5,000 electronic images, some of which are housed here. The collection began with several images from the 1998 Wisconsin Folk Festival and has greatly expanded to include a variety of fieldwork from throughout the region.

Collections may be protected under Title 17 of the U.S. Copyright Law. Consult the Center for the Study of Upper Midwestern Cultures and/or the Max Kade Institute for German-American Studies on use restrictions. Non-profit personal, educational, and research uses are permissible. Duplication for public presentation, publication, and production requires negotiation with CSUMC and/or MKI as well as the people documented or their representatives.
